Family Photography in Fulham

This shoot was lots of fun, Autumn is such a lovely time of year for photography and it was great to catch the late afternoon sun. We took a few at home and then it was off to the local park where the boys had a fab time in the leaves. It was really hard to pick favourites because I had loads but here are some of them.

Caroline and Alistair's Wedding

Here are some of my favourite photos from Caroline and Alistair's wedding in August. This was a really fun day with a surprise arrival by helicopter of the bride and groom and the odd flypast from their friends at the flying club. The weather was perfect and it was a really warm and happy day, with the exception of the wasps who made a beeline for the gorgeous cake. Photoshop came in very handy!

My very good friend had her baby today. The light was lovely this morning and I just had an urge to go out and take some pictures to celebrate the new baby's arrival. Sunrise had passed by the time I heard the news but I got the morning sun rising in the sky. Congratulations and welcome to the world Baby Burrows.

Here's some more of my favourites from another shoot in Richmond this summer. Newborn shots are always lovely to do and then when she fell asleep the bubble machine came out!

Lucky Number 7

Summer holidays have meant that I haven't had much time to catch up here but now that school runs and too big school uniforms are back, I will try to catch up.

I've taken thousands of pictures of my daughter, I hope when she's older she'll thank me for the storybook of her childhood. She is, however, at the age where Mum and her camera are annoying. So at the park the other day I was allowed to take 7 pictures and no more. I have 6 pictures of her looking quite grumpy but by number 7 she cheered up.....probably because I'd finished!

I really love doing weddings, really they are a lot like a portrait shoot but everyone is dressed in their best and having a great time. I'm lucky that all the couples that have booked me have all been a lot of fun and it's been a real honour to be able to share and photograph their days.
